Blue Ridge Construction & Development LLC is a commercial general contractor based in Anderson, South Carolina. Licensed in multiple states, we serve owners throughout the Southeast and beyond in the commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, mission critical, and hospitality markets.
Blue Ridge was founded in 2026, but our team isn't new to the work. We bring 10 years of commercial construction experience, and our estimating background means accurate pricing up front and fewer surprises once work begins.

Our team's commercial experience includes a historic hotel renovation, data centers, industrial and manufacturing facilities, hospitals, grocery stores and gas stations, university projects for Clemson, and municipal government buildings.
